JAKARTA - MI: Movement Concern Pluralism (GPP) delivered a letter to the concerns of the U.S. Embassy in Jakarta on the campaign's call for the burning of the Koran while warning the world WTC tragedy of September 11. GPP is represented by Damien Dematra, Chairman of the Central Board of Muhammadiyah Abdul Mu'ti, Chairman of the Commission Fellowship Church of Indonesia (PGI), Hendrik, Chairman of the Indonesian Bishops Bishops Commission Mandagai, see the U.S. Embassy to express the attitudes and concerns of the plan on burning the Quran anniversary of the tragedy of the WTC on 9 Years (11 / 9) was next.
"We urge the U.S. Embassy to follow up on this issue. They promised to immediately contacted Washington to convey the position statement of Indonesian society. Next week we are planning another meeting with the Embassy. "We are also very concerned about the existence of such a campaign. Citizens of the United States and all religious people do not agree with the initiative of the group.
